In 2022, Micro Delta Packaging Ltd was contacted by Daimon Barber London, a well-established men’s grooming brand, to support the development of packaging for a new product launch requiring an airless dispensing solution.
The project was led by Kayleigh Russell, Sales Manager at Micro Delta Packaging, who worked closely with the Daimon Barber team to identify the most suitable packaging option. Following initial discussions and sampling, a clear and silver airless dispenser was selected as the preferred solution.

The first supplied units were finished with labels; however, due to the nature of the product and its usage, some labels showed signs of lifting over time. In response, Daimon Barber contacted Micro Delta Packaging to explore alternative finishing options that would ensure both durability and a premium appearance.
Drawing on extensive experience in design, printing and decoration techniques, Micro Delta Packaging recommended direct printing as the most suitable alternative. Over the following weeks, both teams collaborated closely to finalise artwork, ensure accurate Pantone colour matching, and confirm alignment through the PPS approval process.
The result was a high-end finished product, combining a refined visual identity with a pump solution suited to the formulation and usage requirements.
Following the collaboration, Daimon Barber successfully launched the product into Harrods, marking an important milestone for the brand. The project stands as an example of Micro Delta Packaging’s approach to collaborative development, practical problem-solving, and supporting premium brands at scale.
